      How can a member apply for a loan?

      As a member, you can apply for a loan through your mobile phone or via the Teller.

      Step-by-step guide for applying loans via mobile app
      If you want to apply for a loan via your mobile phone, the following steps:

      1. Log in to the Wakandi Member App.
      2. Choose your Saccos.
      3. If a loan is available for you to apply for, the button "Apply Now" is clickable. 
      4. Fill in the required information for the loan. 
      5. Please make these payments if your Saccos has defined fees to be paid upfront. 
      6. Your application is sent to the Saccos administration, and you will get feedback when your loan application has been reviewed.

      Step-by-step guide for applying for loans via Front Office
      If you want to apply for a loan via the SACCOS front office, do the following steps:

      1. You can apply for loans without using the Wakandi Member App by visiting your SACCOS.
