How to link Accounting with insurance fee ledger.

To be able to insure your loans you will need to link the insurance ledger with accounting.

Go to Settings>Select Accounting.

Step-by-step guide on how to link accounting with insurance ledger.

  1. Login to the Wakandi App
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Accounting
  4. From the top menu bar select Fee & penalties.
  5. Click on Add Fee and Charges on the top right corner to add a new fee.

  6. On the name field, write Insurance fee
  7. On the General ledger code, select the Loan insurance fee ledger we created from the list
  8. On the Charges type field, select Fee
  9. Click on the Save to complete

  10. Done! Now you can go to credit policy and insure your loans.
