In the Journal Book, you see the complete history of a ledger, with opening balance, closing balance and running balance.
Go to Accounting, and click on Chart Of Accounts. From there, click Accounting Books, and choose Journal Book.
Step-by-step guide
If you want to see the transaction history in the Journal Book, do the following steps:
- Log in to the Wakandi Admin Panel.
- Go to Wakandi Accounting
- Choose Accounting Books and Journal Book.
- Choose the ledger you want the history on in the drop-down menu, and click Submit:
- If you want to filter on period, you can choose the Start date and End date under Options:
- After submitting, the complete history on the ledger is presented:
